Clear Your Mind to Make Space for Clarity and Peace

Welcome to Phase 2 of calming your mind: Releasing Mental Clutter. Anxiety often builds when our minds are overloaded with unprocessed thoughts and worries. This phase is about creating mental clarity by letting go of the mental clutter that no longer serves you.

Begin with a brain dump journaling exercise:
Write down every thought or worry on your mind without judgment. Let it all flow onto the page. Once it’s all written out, take a moment to reflect:

  • What thoughts or worries can I release to create space for clarity and peace?

The Fool card reminds us to embrace fresh starts and new beginnings, inviting us to move forward with lightness and openness.

Ground yourself in this affirmation:
"I release what no longer serves me and welcome clarity into my life."
